Shipping Information

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States, U.S. Territories and Military addresses (AP, AE, AA, FP).

All in stock orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping costs are based on the cumulative weight of your order and you will be able to review all shipping costs during checkout.

A Post Office Box number address should be accompanied with a street or road address, valid apartment or unit number, and any special instructions for delivery of packages.

Orders Outside the United States

We currently only ship to Canada via the United States Postal Service or Global Post.

International customers are urged to contact Kotton KlenserTM directly via email kkclean@ix.netcom.com to address international shipment requirements relative to country import and delivery regulations.

All import tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sales Tax

All orders are subject to Tennessee retail Sales Tax 9.25%.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations: We attempt to ship all orders as soon as received or on the next work day. Call 1-800-238-6969 ASAP or within 24 hours of order for cancellation. Please contact Kotton Klenser via email kkclean@ix.netcom.com with date of order, order number or copy of receipt, name, and address of customer. If order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return product to vendor.

Returns: Within 10 days of purchase, receipt required, product not used, customers responsible for return freight charge.

Refunds – Wrong product sent by us. It is on us. We will send a call tag for the product and send the correct product.
